A 3-dimensional model of the Kirovograd high conductivity anomaly has been set up on the basis of S - film approximation of geoelectrical medium by using magnetovariation profiling data of Central Ukraine obtained by specialists of Institute of Geophysics NASc of Ukraine. It is demonstrated that the total longitudinal conductivity amounts 20000 S.
