Two generalizations of the classical least squares method used to find solutions (psevdosolutions) of systems of linear algebraic equations with the approximately preset right-had parts are considered. The first generalization is based on the relation (22) given in the first part of the paper. The second which is of principled great importance consists in the introduction of some constructions of systems of expanded regularized systems of linear algebraic equations of the second kind.
