Method of Laplace transformation in applied problems of geoelectrics

Abilities of the operational method in processing and visualizing data of electromagnetic sounding systems with artificial and controlled field excitation are analyzed. The attention is concentrated on the use of the Laplace transformation with substantial and positive values of the operational variables. Exact boundary conditions of impedance type on a close interface of media with different electromagnetic parameters in the s-domain that generalize the known asymptotic Rytov-Leontovich model for harmonic regime have been obtained and physically interpreted.
