Integral kinematics in the diffusion domain: physical conseption, theory, experiment

The authors present a general theory of the propagation of electromagnetic impulse excitations in a diffusion domain for horizontal layered media in form of integral hodographs of electrical and magnetic type. Results of physical modeling aimed at studying kinematic characteristics of quasistationary electromagnetic fields are discussed. On this basis, new trends and possibilities of spatialtemporal electromagnetic sounding systems used in solving some urgent applied problems are outlined and realized.
