Conditions and systems of electromagnetic sounding in dispersing media

Features of low - and high - frequency regimes of electromagnetic sounding systems in idealized media with dispersion and possibilities of their practical realization in a geologic medium are considered. The attention is concentrated on urgent problems of electrodynamics of real media with taking into account the frequency and spatial dispersion of their electromagnetic parameters. It is shown that the class of the physical models and equations used to describe a wide range of phenomena associated with the propagation of electromagnetic distrubances in real media should be notable expanded.
