At the north-west of the Ukrainian Shield a Korostenian - Thernovtsy high conductivity anomaly with the integral longitudinal conductivity from 500 to 1000 S has been observed within the limits of the Volynian and Podolian blocks at depth of 15 km. There is some evidence of a conductivity layer with S of ca 2000 S at a depth of 70 km in the upper mantle. Thus, all data consistently shows a boundary separating the mantle of Ukrainian Shield at the longitude of 30-32 degree.
