Advective-polymorphic process in the tectonosphere of a transition zone of oceanic type

© V.V. Gordienko

The two versions of the geological history of the transition zones of Pacific type are considered. A scheme of deep processes and thermal models taking place in the tectonosphere of the transition zones that corresponds with the ideas of advection-polymorphous hypothesis have been set up. The correspondence of the known processes in the subsurface layer of the crust with those predicted by the hypothesis is shown. The agreement of the data on physical fields with the calculated ones is demonstrated.
