Philosophy, information technologies and structures of the natural science ideas production are analyzed. The problems of selforganization of the world flows of natural science information and the character of natural science division into theoretical and experimental and fundamental and applied are discussed. The problems of the deep seismic sounding and gravimetry data combined interpretation (such as commutation of different geophysical methods composition and traditional procedure of the seismic velocities V conversion to the densities r) are analyzed.
