The paper contains results of natural research made by use of complex plotting board seismic and electromagnetic method for mapping small near-surface inhomogeneities. A comparison with geological drilling results satisfies the prognostic cross-sections. A comparison of seismic and electromagnetic data allows us to conclude that the physical sources of near-surface anomaly zones are identical both for electromagnetic and for seismic fields. This 3-d method can be effectively used for solving ecological, archeological and engineering-geological problems.
