Two questions to the first paradigm in the theory of regularization of linear algebraic equation systems with approximately given right-hand side (or an instructive lesson for geophysicists)

Two questions of principle from author's viewpoint that concern the essence of the first paradigm in the theory, of the regularization of systems of linear algebraic equations with the approximately given right-hand-part are discussed. The first question: why the constructruction of multiplicative regularization was not considered in the framework of the first paradigm. The second question why was not the construction of the triangular regularization considered in the frame work of the first paradigm? The paper answers both questions. <<back |
