Modelling of non-stationary electromagnetic field in a conductive half-space with local inhomogeneity

The quasi-stationary approximation of process of electromagnetic field spreading in a half-space is modelled. Conductivity and permeability are dependent on coordinates only in a finite domain of arbitrary shape. Using the special fundamental solution and the time marching scheme, we construct the integral representations to find the electric field strength vector components in an arbitrary space-time point through their values in the inhomogeneity domain.
