About the results of control of V.N. Strakhov's hypothesis

Assume a system of linear algebraic equations  is given where u and  are a useful signal and its noise, respectively, A is the preset (NxM), matrix, x is
the desired vector of dimensionality M. It is proven that in a real situation the vectors u and δu are not orthogonal, i.e. the
scalar product  . V.N. Strakhov's
hypothesis that  can be sulfilled in cases that are irreal in practice.
