A new gas jet field in Western Black Sea

Over 100 gas seepages of various capacity composing the southwest continuation of a strip of gas jets of the west of the Black Sea have been revealed and characterized. One of the linear gas sources dated for young neotectonic infringement is investigated. A wide occurrence of gas seepages in a zone of powerful avandelta of Palaeo-Danube is marked. <<back |
