The deep processes in tectonosphere of the West-Black Sea Basin during last 95 millions years are considered according to a advection - polymorphous hypothesis. It is shown, that their geological consequences (occurrence of the crust with thick sediment and thin crystal layers, lowering and sedimentation, magmatism) completely correspond to the forecast. Also the observed and calculated size of a thermal flow is kept in coordination.
