The problem of studying connection of the structure of geologic objects with pulsing electromagnetic radiation on the day surface and to analyzing probable physical mechanisms of originating and propagation of electromagnetic radiation in the interior is set. Field studies of the electromagnetic field of salt stocks of the Dnieper-Donetsk depression were made. A series of regularities linking geological structures and electromagnetic display on the day surface are sets, in particular, rising level of electromagnetic radiation by 2-10 of times in the field of fault projection to the day surface has been established. The probable phenomena occurring in a solid at atomic-molecular level under the effect of mechanical stresses are analyzed. The existence of several kinds of rock piezoelectric effects is shown which can play an essential role in the transformation of tectonic of motions into acoustic-electromagnetic (polaritonic) radiation. A comparison of stratification depths of geologic objects with clear electromagnetic manifestation by use of seismic survey data, with radiophysical estimations of emission reference length in an absorbing medium concludes the existence of a nonelectromagnetic mechanism of distribution of perturbations in rock, namely polaritonic oscillations. These perturbations arise and propagate in zones of high level of tectonic relaxation inherent in fault ones. Polaritonic radiation transmuted into electromagnetic ones when reaching the day surface. The fault zones often appear undetectable by seismic methods but are distinguished by accompanying electromagnetic radiation. Such objects include ruptures of small amplitude in salt bodies etc.
