Problems of geophysical monitoring of large urban agglomerations

A review of modern approaches to estimation of geoecological conditions of urban agglomeration territories has been carried out. On the example of Kiev the most important factors of anthropogenic loading, which have negative effect on environment and the main problems they produce for urban population are represented. Expediency of creation an informational and analytical system for ecological monitoring of Kiev which applies modern GIS and Internet-technologies has been proved. <<back |
