Tectonophysical reconstructions on the basis of feldspar megacrystals preferential orientations in granitoids

A problem of restoration of paleotectonic fields of strains and deformations is being considered on the base of feldspar megacrystals orientation in granitoids. The ratios of predominating orientations of megacrystals which are formed during their production and deformational transformations are being analyzed as well as the methods of field studies. Essential differences of megacrystals orientation which produce crystallization schistosity formed under conditions of simple displacement and flattening with rotation have been shown. <<back |
