Entropy balance of the climate

The article presents the main statements of the theory of climate change forecast on the basis of solution of the equation of the planet atmosphere thermodynamic continuum entropy. For the first time such a concept as topological nerve of thermodynamic continuum, which determines the role of climate- forming factors in formation of main phases of circulatory epochs and their stages, has been used. On the basis of the statement that for the formation of planetary process entropy long period is necessary, the following statement is substantiated: the forecast of main climate phases, based on entropy balance equation in contrast to usual forecast schemes fulfilled on the basis of Koshi problem for the system of equations of the atmosphere thermodynamics, is long-term.
