Mathematical setting of three-dimensional problem has been considered for dynamics of highly viscous noncompressible multicomponent gravitating medium under specified borderline conditions and a condition of continuity of solution components on the contact surfaces of dissimlar objects- inclusions. A solution of the system of motion equations has been obtained in a form dipending on parameters- functions determined on the boundary and on the surfaces of medium contacts. The problem of finding the unknown parameters has been reduced to a solution of the system of singular integral Fredholm equations of the second kind.
