Spatial and temporal features of the Zakarpattya seismic activity during the period from 1961 to 2001 have been considered independently on its origins. The character of spatial distribution of local earthquakes at different scale levels has been determined by Morishita's indices. It has been revealed that epicenters are clustered at all the levels considered (71,5; 35,8; 17,9 and 8,9 km). Temporal variations of the indices, average time interval between the events and average energy class of events have been traced in the windows of increasing length (from 20 to 173 events) and in sliding windows of 100 and 70 events long. Interpretation of temporal changes of indices has been proposed depending on features of spatial distribution of epicenters specific to different phases of model seismic cycle.
