Unconventional view upon the totality of problems on the raw material base and extraction of oil and gas in Ukraine

Complicated problems have been posed in the paper, which are under discussion. Among them the problem of supply of Ukraine with hydrocarbons and products of their processing. An attempt has been made to connect this problem, so important, with global, political and economic aspects. The publication is aimed to attracting attention to raw material base of Ukraine and to the necessity of increasing hydrocarbons mining in the territory of Ukraine.
