A very important stage in the problem of computerized monitoring is the correction of the monitoring system characteristics by the expert, who takes into account the changes into the system during some period of time. Most often the main goal of monitoring is the analysis for prediction of an ecologicaly hazardous state of the object (or system of objects), when environments and monitoring system itself are not stationary. It is related with unavoidable changes, which happen with object and environment during long observation period and with the transformation of the researcher approach to the monitoring process during the investigation. This fact demands some system characteristic corrections according to temporary changes and the result of measurement as well. Such a correction, or to be more correct interference of expert, should be strictly dosed and should not exceed heuristically evident threshold. Very often being short of data the expert is guided by his heuristics. In such a case it is very important to control his interference numerically. Mostly the interference is not linear one and this circumstance is taken in tī account in the proposed models. This article is devoted to problems of an estimation and dosage of the researcher interference in the computerized monitoring system operation. The monitoring system (in seismic and acoustic frequency range) for bottom seismic measurements is presented in the article as an example of the proposed model application. It is clear for the system, which operates in an interactive mode, to provide transformations of a raw seismic data on the basis of heuristic researcher representation about the nature of noise and the nature of useful signal. For numerical estimation of interference of expert is given a formal estimation of this interference level into the observations processing. The interference is that the researcher changes procedures of the continuously entering information processing. The level of interference should be evaluated in advance. It is natural to do such estimation on the basis of the researched processes norm fluctuation. Then it is necessary to notice that for the observer the feedback on this transformation is relevant. Clearly, that the researcher should achieve the purposes by means of minimum transformation, and thereby the minimum loss of input information.
