A topologic nerve is one of the main factors of creating the phases of climatic reorganizations. It is the main factor in producing the entropy balance in thermodynamic system of planetary atmosphere. In contrast to the factors of small-scale thermodynamic systems it allows climatic changes in planetary processes, entropy decrease in thermodynamic continuum of a climatic system. <<back |
