Some man-caused failures and catastrophes on different objects of national economy (transport, communication, build constructions), including Chernobyl NPP, could possibly happen because of natural anomalous processes. Fortunately, only relatively small zones of active geotectonic areas are characterize by high probability of their uprising. Its position and dynamic development can be explored by geophysical methods. It is suggested to form a new conceptual approach to the problem of accident prevention of the safety of important objects of national economy in which it is necessary to foresee conducting of the geophysical monitoring of the region of their location for the state and dynamics of geologic-geophysical environmental supervision. Monitoring must be carried out not only in fore exploratory design time, but also in an operating period.
