Federal Program of short-term earthquake prediction is necessary

The paper states that modern development of science and technique makes a short-term earthquake prediction possible. Five necessary and two sufficient conditions have been indicated that are able to guarantee a short-term prediction of strong earthquakes if they are maintained in totality. <<back |
