On a possible connection of air circulation in the Earth's troposphere with geomagnetic activity

The questions of possible influence of short-period perturbation of geomagnetic field on weather processes are considered. It is proved that practically no correlation between values Kp-index of geomagnetic activity and acuteness of troposphere baric fields during 1965-1985 in Northern hemisphere was observed. The hypothesis of possible influence of short- period variations of geomagnetic field on casual reorganization of hydrodynamic structures in a terrestrial atmosphere is discussed. <<back |
