Thermodynamic continuum of spectral modes and entropy balance of contemporary climatic epoch

© T.A. Belyi

Contemporary climatic epoch is being considered in light of global changes of entropy balance. Catastrophic floods were observed in the territory of Western Europe during this epoch, which were not registered during previous epochs. Change to a new climatic epoch in modern period can be registered applying both synoptic analysis of atmosphere processes and entropy balance analysis in a thermodynamic system of planetary atmosphere of the Earth. Special attention has been paid to interpretation of entropy balance equation for spectral modes thermodynamic continuum of a planetary process.
