Method of reflexive-inclined sounding as the expedient of monitoring of an environment, allows to control of perturbations of a natural and anthropogenous origin both in an ionosphere and outside of its. Monitoring may be carried out on the major spaces covered with azimuthal sector up to 360, and by expansion of path of sounding from hundreds up to several thousand kilometers. On the basis of it use of a method reflexive-inclined sounding is represented to the most universal for an opportunity of short-term predictons earthquakes. This method has wide opportunities and has major experience of work in natural conditions and at its operation on over-horizon radar stations.
