A connection of distribution of ore mineral deposits with the Earth's crust and upper mantle structure has been considered here on the base of analysis of recent materials of geophysics (including the developed for the first time 3-D model structure of the upper mantle of 700-1000 km depth), geology and metallogeny. A distinct spatial connection of deposits and ore manifestations of non-ferrous, rare and precious metals with zones of deep faults, collision and suture zones, borders of megablocks with different crust composition, peculiarities of discontinuity relief in the lithosphere and in Golitsin-Geiko's layer, geothermic and geoelectric anomalies was distinguished. The problems of the following detailed investigations of the Earth's crust rebuilding under the influence of the mantle processes aimed at establishment new more detailed regularities of the formation and location of mineral deposits of different genetic types have been discussed.
