Mathematical modelling and calculations of the stress-deformation state of the system geological environment - pipeline in the cryolithozone are carried out. They are proving an essential influence of geological environment on the trans pipeline systems. Geological factors and processes which violate the dynamic balance of the nature-technical systems are analyzed. Within the framework of the theory of elasticity of piecewise-homogeneous bodies the flat deformation of a matrix (environment) with the inclusion (pipe) executed from other material was considered. On the basis of this mathematical model, incorporating a modified method of boundary elements, the numerical algorithm has been developed to solve this problem. The prealignment assessment of geological factors is carried out. The most dangerous processes are frost injury and bulging.
