The study of special features of migration transformations of the field of refractive waves applying 2D and 3D finite-difference modeling of seismograms

The paper presents the theory of 2D- and 3D-finite-difference modeling of wave fields and its application for studying the features of refraction migration. The modeling allows better understanding the wave processes, observed on different offsets and in various structures of geological environment. Possibilities of refraction migration together with the finite-difference modeling of wave fields are shown on the modeling examples and practical example of interpretation of seismic data on DOBRE profile.
