The northern branch of Eurasian anomalies of electro-conductivity

© S.N. Kulik

A review of the data of geo-electrical studies of the Eurasian area is given, which makes possible to suggest the existence of the belt of conducting structures in the earth's crust correlating with the northern branch of the Alpine-Himalayan mobile belt via Dobrogea and stretches northward along the line of Teisseyre - Tornquiste along the border between, in the terms of Hain, Pre-Europe and Meso-Europe. Southward South Europe is attached to the Scythian plate and the Alpine mobile belt. These conducting formations strictly subdivide Europe into two parts - the western and the northwestern one.
