Aero-geophysical studies were conducted in 2008 by the method of analysis of spontaneous electromagnetic emission of the Earth (ASEMEE) along two well studied seismically regional profiles, which cross-sect the southeastern part of the Dnieper-Donets depression and the Donets folded structure. The aim of the studies: investigation of possibilities of ASEMEE method in cognition of deep structure of the earth's crust and upper mantle. The obtained results allowed to reveal the depths of initial stages of faults and to make their rating according to the share of their participation in producing tectonic structure of the Donbas and adjacent structures, to subdivide tectonic blocks of equal size and to find out their limits. In particular, considerable depth of faults has been found out, which form the thrusts in transitional zones of the Donets folded structure. The plotted sections along with seismic data and density and magnetic modeling considerably refine and widen our ideas on the deep structure of lithosphere and evolution of this interesting and tectonically complicated region. The first results of deep studies conducted by ASEMEE method testify its high informative ability in studies of geological structure of the earth's crust and upper mantle in combination with other geophysical methods.
