Neighborhoods method in studies of parametric space in application to inverse problems of gravimetry

Questions of the research of parametric space are considered in a viewpoint of maximal using of a priory information in inverse problems of gravimetry. In this connection the brief review of direct search method is given. The algorithm of neighborhoods as one of ways of search of equivalent solutions set is offered. It is based on approximation of parametric space by discrepancy function. The algorithm of neighborhoods can be used as independent method of problem solving for series of problems or as accessory computing tool at analysis of mathematical models of geological mediums. The behavior of algorithm is shown on simple two- and three-parameter models.
