International activity of the Institute of Geophysics, NAS of Ukraine, and its structural subdi-visions (Poltava gravity observatory, Geography sector, Geodynamics of explosion sector and Carpathian subdivision) during 1961-2010 has been considered from the viewpoint of their integration into the world geophysical science. Participation of the Institute in the execution of researches in the network of international complex scientific programs and projects on the study of deep structure of Central and East European territory; the results of collaboration with many countries of the European continent, and also with some other countries (India, China, Vietnam, Guinea, Turkey etc.) are given. Integration of the Institute into the world scientific community gave the possibility of examination of Ukraine's basic regions (Ukrainian shield, Donbas, Dnieper-Donets sedimentary basin, Ukrainian Carpathians, shelf of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov) deep structure at the up-to-date level and in incredibly short terms, due to conducting with the oversea scientific partners of the field expeditionary research along the profiles, crossing the geological structures which are examined. Thus the geophysical stations and equipment were given to Ukraine and served during expeditions by oversea colleagues. Vast material of scientific and practical value is collected. Its processing, interpretation and analysis will give much interesting and important information in the field of perfection of knowledge about the geological structure of regions perspective on minerals. Materials obtained are widely presented in the known international journals and joint monographs (published in London, Paris, Berlin, Moscow etc.), the evidence of what can be seen from the references accompanying the article.
