Spatial-temporal dynamics of events in deterministic models of BTV type

The latticed models of the BTV type with the arbitrary arrangement of cell of underrun of energy are considered,
including possibility of additional dissipation in slow time. Qualitative similarity of model events and real seismicity
in the following relations is set: fractal dynamics of migration activity, loglinear relationship of maximum of temporal
components with magnitude, gathering of events of low grade to the place of future strong ones.
