Earthquakes excitation by microseismic noises and additional electromagnetic field appearing under action of natural phenomena

In order to describe a role of moisture rotation in excitation of weak earthquakes, the idea of hydroseismicity has been used, which
is specified by the action of physical-chemical processes in a geological medium and corresponding changes of properties of
the medium itself (fracturing, porous pressure of ground waters, hydrochemical migration of elements). It has been shown that seismicity
is influenced in a mediated way trough microseismic noises of a medium and mechanisms of electro-seismic effect, by weather phenomena.
